Measure the maxim circumference of your naked thigh, while you are in a standing position. Be sure that the meterstick fits well on the nude skin, without being neither wide nor tight. If your dimensions are between 2 sizes, we recommend to choose the smallest one.
HOW WEAR THEM? Wear the bands directly in contact with skin, on dry and clean skin to have more adherence. Do not use any cream or body lotion on thigh before using bands because they can modify the adherence of silicon on skin. After every usage it is recommended to hand wash them with cold water, while it is to avoid the dryer. This is useful to reactivate the silicon, ready for a new use!
