It fells to be a soft stretchy nylon mesh. There is a sheer lace panel in the front, adjustable shoulder straps, 2 hook and eye back bra closure, with a keyhole back. It measures 14-19” across the bra band (the material is very stretchy) and 14-18” across the hips. Measurement are unstretched to a gentle stretch of material.
