They do have a fair bit of stretch in them & will fit anywhere from 32" to 42" +. They have a delightful random 2-tone Purple colouring / shading, beautiful girly delicate Lace edging with a minimal Single strap Elastic Side Waist Trim, and a Tiny matching Satin Bow to the front.
