Made of 80% Polyamide Nylon and 20% Elastane, in Italy. Can machine wash at 30 degrees, no ironing, no dry cleaning, no tumble drying. There is no denier marked on the box but they are thick and I imagine they are 70 Denier so the colour is constant.
