The top portion has underwire support, adjustable shoulder straps, a keyhole back that closes with a 1 hook and eye closure. The bra cups are an embroidered floral lace. Hidden under the ruffle skirt at the hem are 4 garters which can be adjusted in length and removed if you prefer. The garter tabs are metal. The item is in excellent pre-owned condition with all 4 garters, not staining, fading or snags.
