For sale is a pre-owned Victoria’s Secret 2014 Sexy black lace garter dress/bustier in a size 34C. The top portion has foam cups with built in push up padding, underwire support, adjustable shoulder straps and closes under the arm with a zipper. The skirt portion has a lace center panel and attached garters. The garters are a fixed v-shape and the tabs are metal. The garter dress is in excellent condition.
