Good/ fair condition, just staining under arms. Has been regularly washed. May come out with a few rounds of stain treatment/oxi baths. Adjustable. Backside is micro mesh/ stretchy. Can fit a small just fine in my opinion. Measurements laid flat: Length~14 in. Pit to pit~14.5 in stretches to 17.5 in. easily
